"Entelechy is the realization of potential, the supposed vital principle that guides the development and functioning of an organism or other system or organization." (Oxford Languages, 2026)
At Entelechy Advisory we believe potential can only be realized when the solutions that address specific objectives are designed as part of the systems they need to work within.
Why bringing Entelechy Advisory onboard?
When internal or external factors shake the status quo and what worked so far no longer fits today or tomorrow's definition of success.
When everything looks right on paper but the results aren't there, and ideas need a structured plan and/or effective execution.
Entelechy Advisory brings an external advisory eye, agnostic to the history and emotions embedded in a situation, combined with decades of operating experience and a network of experts across disciplines - to restore clarity and rebuild momentum.
Our work sits at the intersection of governance, operating model and organization.
Because strategy only creates value when execution holds.
In all stages of a company lifecycle, from operations to governance, whether you look to optimize or to step into a completely new chapter, we work together with you and identify where, how and when to act.
Sometimes all we need is a helping hand, not the full artillery, or not forever. We offer specialized executive services, tailored to your needs.
At moments of transition or transformation, we act as a sparring partner - someone who has been there, will tell you what they see, and help you make high-stakes decisions with clarity, discipline, and judgment.

Meet the founder
Céline Coimbra is an international board director and executive with a career built at the intersection of complexity and consequence, leading capital-intensive, regulated industries through turnarounds, multidimensional crises, and defining moments of strategic inflection.
Trained as a structural mechanics engineer, she has always been driven by the same instinct: that anything built to solve today's problem must also withstand what comes tomorrow. That discipline shapes everything she does.
She excels at recognizing patterns across complex systems, and at designing solutions that address the specific objective while integrating the governance, operating model, and organizational architecture needed for execution to hold, and for growth to be sustainable over time.
Curious, principled, and forward-looking by nature, she brings that same energy to every mandate she takes on.
