Meet the founder - Céline Coimbra
With a foundation in structural mechanics engineering, Céline has always been obsessed with ensuring that anything she creates has solid groundings and can not only serve today's objectives but will also withstand what will come tomorrow.
Céline held P&L responsibility straight out of University and over the years, within contexts of strategic inflexion such as turnarounds, multidimensional crisis, regulatory acceleration - complexity and disruption have been the only constant along the journey.
Having been exposed to strategic global roles and served from the shop floor up to the board room, Céline brings a rare combination of experience that allows her contribution to range from holistic foresight to specific operational initiatives.
She excels are recognizing patterns and finding solutions that tackle the specific objective while foreseeing and integrating the wider changes needed in terms of governance, risk, operating model and organization for the execution to be effective and sustainable over time.
